6D is, in my personal opinion, the best seat on the 764. You get served by the ISM and a crew that caters to rows 6-7 as opposed to the other half of the BF crew that services rows 1-5. I find the service to be better and having no one on either side of you is great if you are traveling alone.

Just as an FYI...tonight's flight shows 27 of 35 booked in BF with one person on the upgrade standby list. While not completely full, that is enough where most of the seats will be taken and the chances of taking a window seat and then the aisle getting filled at check-in are pretty high.

In my opinion, stick to 6D. YMMV.
