Picky ... but shouldn't that read An upgrade from Economy is requested? I spent 30mins making sure I hadn't booked in the hold!!

You never know. there might be another round of "enhancements" coming....

One of my bookings briefly showed as being for 01 Jan 1970 the other day. I restrained the urge to call and check, and it returned to the 21st century half an hour later!
