does the iphone have the capability to "password protect" the phone on power up? example: my current phone (nokia6131) allows me to have a "pin code" to be entered on power up thus preventing unauthorized use (very helpful if leaving the phone in your hotel room to charge-as long as it's off, then housekeeping, maintenance, etc can't use the phone when they see it sitting on the table as they will need the pin to have it turn on )

if the iphone has this feature, how simple is it to set up-nokia's are a breeze: settings->security->pin code on/off.
