Fly to Paris, Business Class for Just $2,000 Round Trip

Traveling out of United Airlines’ hub at San Francisco International Airport? There’s a lot of great opportunities to see Paris, France in the winter, spring or fall! The carrier is offering great “shoulder season” deals at the end of 2019 and throughout 2020 for under $2,100 per person! Which is cheap enough to warrant getting to San Francisco from most places in the country to take advantage.

If you live on or in flying distance of the West Coast, United Airlines has a great deal to get you to Paris in 2020. Posted in the Premium Fare Deals forum (a great place to keep an eye on for cheap premium fares), this deal flies on United’s premium Polaris cabin from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport (CDG) for $2,068 per person.

How to Get This Cheap Flight to Paris

According to the United fare rules, flyers can book the “shoulder season” midweek fares for outbound departures between Tuesday and Friday. Returns to the United States are allowable Sunday through Thursday.

Flyers can book their flights in the following windows:

  • Leave Dec. 16-19, 2019 – Return Dec. 25-31, 2019 or Jan. 8-10, 2020
  • Leave Apr. 6-8, 2020 or Apr. 11-16, 2020 – Return Apr. 8-20, 2020
  • Leave July 19-Aug. 18, 2020 – Return Aug. 18-Sept. 3, 2020

The fares are good for travel in the United premium cabin, Polaris. The ticket includes access to the exclusive Polaris lounge, one of the best pre-flight experiences among any U.S.-based carrier.

Is It a Good Deal?

As FlyerTalker steveholt puts it: “Anything in the $2,000 range from the West Coast to Europe is typically going to last hours, not to whatever the book by date is.” With so many flights available inbound to San Francisco, this fare is an easy – and luxurious – way to see the City of Light.

In addition, the United Polaris cabin is universally ranked as one of the best experiences in the sky. Although the Chicago-based carrier does have some shortcomings, it’s hard to overlook bedding by Saks Fifth Avenue and seats designed for optimal comfort in mind. If you can take advantage of this deal, it’s well worth the experience.

In the US, "round trip" means the same as "return". :)

You don’t mention if it’s one way or return. A very important piece of information. Americans are not the only country to read this article!
