Inflight charges post as Alaska or Virgin?

Flying VX 1737 DCA to DAL tomorrow and would like to use up some of my Amex travel credit on inflight booze and food. Alaska is an eligible airline, Virgin America is not. The ticket purchase posted to my card as Alaska...will inflight purchases show up in the same way? Are all charges now showing up as Alaska, or is Virgin still billing for certain purchases?

Great question...we were wondering the same.
Now that we cannot use Amex travel credit for GC, hoping to use it for VX onboard products.

Unlikely in my experience. Inflight purchases show on my AMEX as Virgin.
