Anyone has experience for using VA point to redeem SQ short haul?

Like SIN-DPS/BKK, where to check inventory? If SQ shows availability, can I use VA to book? Thanks!

I booked SQ SIN-BKK. I had to call in, and they required me to give the specific dates and flight numbers to get a point+tax quote. Took a few minutes between quotes so expect to be on the phone for a while if your original dates aren't available. The good news was that the taxes and fees were a few dollars less than the website quoted.

To be fair, VX did brand their FFP as eleVAte in its initial incarnation. Their launch campaign was called "Let VA Fly", and for a while they used "VΛ" as a logo, so it's easy to see where the confusion arises.
