Question What happened to award seats on Asiana?

Did searches last week for a possible trip from Seoul Inchon to Singapore in April. The searches showed saver economy and business on Asiana on multiple days. Now when I searched today, Asiana does not appear. I checked on other routes such as ICN to HKG and Asiana does not appear. Did Asiana pull their award seats through United Mileage Plus? TG and Singapore award seats still show.

Tried again but no luck!

Strange, I just searched on united.com again and in April and May for ICN-SIN and it does not show Asiana but shows Singapore.

Asiana is undergoing a change in their reservation systems and their website is down until tomorrow, 08:00 EST. Until then, reservation services are limited at best.

Yes indeed. In theory, one should be able to select their seats online.

Just booked a SEA-BKK with the legs on Thai and Asiana earlier this week (found low in both Business and Global First even!), few dummy bookings are still showing seats on the same legs.

OZ Availability on United.com Down?

Hi guys,
I have been searching for seats on Asiana, it seems like nothing comes up at all, is OZ currently offline using .bomb? I am able to see those OZ flights on Aeroplan's site.
Thanks!

OZ award availability disappearing

I have a mildly ridiculous award booked to get me to Thailand and back, departing 1/4 and returning 1/30:

SFO-ORD-LGA/JFK-ICN-BKK-shenanigans-BKK-FRA-SFO

I was thinking about doing a layover in ICN to get some proper rest in the transit hotel and check out Incheon in all its plane nerd glory. So I was looking for alternate flights ICN-BKK. Just a day or two ago I was seeing a bunch of options on OZ in biz and econ. Now I'm seeing no OZ availability at all until 2/3/14.

I suppose I should use ANA's tool to verify that's the actual case but wondering if this behavior is known. I couldn't find anything with an FT search.

OZ / Asiana has made a recent systems change and that have been issues on award availability. Any where from none to huge amounts. This may be re-occurring.
