I'd hope they'd always prioritize handwashing—Illy or not. Planes are disgusting germ-pools. I swear, everytime I step on one, I get sick; and I usually have a great immune system.

In all fairness, this was several years ago. Haven't seen the permanent sign in awhile...
If I saw that, I'd write in to 1KVoice and complain about how it's gross and unsanitary.

Maybe step one should be training their employees to follow luggage priority tags rules.

The Mercedes that was used to pick up a GS member on the tarmac yesterday at IAD had the "United" logo sticker on it slightly crooked. At least to my OCD eyes.

I don't think you're allowed to claim you have a great immune system if you get sick everytime you step on a plane

On this morning's ride in the front cabin of a SFO-LAX 739 the Hemispheres and Rhapsody magazines were both still from January.

Or just "Business"...
Or, to be realistic, Premium Economy.

I had to hold my ID card out for an extra 4-5 seconds because the agent checked my ID after tagging my checked bag. I'm used to it before, and I felt silly.

United's Premier levels shouldn't be Silver, Gold and Platinum because a gold atom has more protons (79) than a platinum atom (78). Makes no sense. Though, silver (47) is fine. To correct this periodic problem, I propose new Premier levels.

Premier Mendelevium (101)
Premier Nobelium (102)
Premier Lawrencium (103)

Kinda roll off the tongue, don't they?

Don't forget a new name for 1K.

Premier Ununpentium (115)
