Before asking your question related to your case please read this information that may be useful;
It mostly takes 48 hours for miles to be credited for Elite & Elite Plus members both on TK and *A partners and it mostly takes 72 hours for miles to be credited for Classic & Classic Plus members. However;
*It could take up to 72 hours that a Turkish Airlines or AnadoluJet flight to be credited to your Miles&Smiles account. If it didn't enter your flights to the missing miles section and they should be credited immediately after submitting the form. Be aware that you would be asked to enter a coupon number which is your e-ticket number and you would also asked to enter your fare code which could be found in your e-mail confirmation or your e-ticket.
*It could take up to 15 days until a Star Alliance partner flights have been credited. If your flight has not been credited within 15 days please follow the instructions below. At the moment, Star Alliance retroclaim is not possible online due to technical difficulties.
IF YOUR MILES HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED IN THE PERIOD ABOVE;
Fill out a feedback form from the official website of Turkish Airlines. Be sure to add many relevant details as you have. It's necessary that you enter your Miles&Smiles number and put a copy of your passport ( ID or drivers licence is enough for Turkish citizens ) in to your case. Also give details, on the airline, flight number, fare class, origin, destination, e-ticket number and travel date. Also include a copy of your boarding pass and your e-ticket. Be aware that mobile boarding pass screenshots must include the part that pop ups when you press the button on the bottom right corner of the screen. Sometimes half ripped boarding passes does not work so if possible take a photo of the whole boarding pass after being handed by the ground staff or printed by the kiosk. Keep the ripped part until your miles have been credited. Also, do not delete your e-ticket from your e-mail as sometimes not being able to prove a copy of your e-ticket would deny your case and your miles won't be credited. Also write down the feedback case number unless you need to recontact them about your issue.
* For non *A airlines , hotel, car rental and other partners please read the relevant page related to that partner at turkishairlines.com
-------------------------
* If you think that the wrong amount of miles have been credited for your flight, first check turkishairlines.com for the most accurate percentages of miles related to your fare class. For newbies, be aware that on Turkish Airlines flights the signage on the boarding pass Y or C is not your fare class. They are class codes which mean Economy Class and Business Class. Your fare class could be found in your e-mail confirmation when booking directly with Turkish Airlines. After doing all the necessary checks, if you still believe that you have been credited the wrong amount. Contact Turkish Airlines by the feedback form.
* On Miles&Smiles you could retroclaim miles for the last 12 months for Turkish Airlines & Star Alliance partners even though you have recently started your membership.

So I just flown DFW-FRA-BEG on an UA ticketed LH metal flight in booking class V. Should I receive miles as if it was UA flight (75%) or a LH flight (50%).
Follow up question, if this was ticketed in L will I receive anything, since in the LH chart it is non-accrual class and in the UA chart it is a 75%

No, you can submit the web form with a scanned attachment of the boarding pass and original ticket. It takes about 3-4 weeks to process but they will get back to you eventually.

It's always the operating carrier(in your case LH). Make sure you know the booking class on LH since it's possible to get different classes between the ticketing and operating carrier. That is to say you book V on UA but does LH recognize it as V or convert it to another class?

If you have a 016 ticket you should be able to see the booking class on each individual segment. There you can see what's your booking class is for your LH leg.

I am trying to claim missing miles with my flights on Air Canada (YUL to/from YYZ). However, I got an error saying that "ACxxx YUL-YYZ xx.xx.2017 INVALID CLASS." But according to the website (https://p.turkishairlines.com/en-ca/...ada/index.html), Economy with Booking Class M can earn 100% with minimum mileage of 500. Am I missing anything obvious here?

He told me that AC didn't award the miles and he got them to release them so that they can be credited into my TK account.

Invalid class on LH
I keep having the problem that TK does not credit LH miles even with proof of the correct class.
the excuse is always ‘invalid class’ ot ‘flight invalid’.
over 1.5 years this has happened 3 times! The first two I gave up eventually after multiple emails/twitter/phone contacts and credited them to M&M.
Now I am stuck with MUC-HND in H, upgraded with LH miles to I. I is not valid, but the purchased class should count, right?
Any advice?

LH and TK have been flipping middle fingers tit-for-tat via their respective FF programs for a while now. Maybe you were a casualty of that.
WhereToCredit. Com is really worth checking out and is accurate as far as I can tell.

I’ve received all miles from LH flights with TK since joining early 2015, but some of those were sad 25% or 50% surprises. There are a few LH booking classes that will earn you a big fat zero on TK, most famously the business class P fare class.

TK M&S - how long does online retro credit of LH flights take?
I'm about to book an M&S award but I dont have enough miles in my M&S account now. I have some recent LH flights in C class which I could credit to M&S to be able to ticket the award. Miles expire end of Dec so I'm in a bit of a hurry. How long should I expect to awit for a retro credit request to be processed for Star Alliance/LH flights, if the req. is made online?

I've flown six AC flights in the past two months that haven't credited to TK. I've filled out the 'Claim Missing Miles' form on the website but when I hit 'submit' I receive an error each time. Then, if I try to fill it out again it tells me that the request has already been made for that ticket number. Anyone else having this issue?
