SIN-NRT Business Class ANA Boeing 777-300ER

That flight was certainly good. Overall, I was less impressed by the ANA flight attendants and their service.

The travel experience started at Clarke Quay in Central Singapore.

From I took a taxi to Singapore Changi Airport.

I have visited the Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge in Terminal 3. Food was good, however, this lounge had no windows towards the planes.

Moreover, I decided to take a swim at the public pool in Terminal 1.

The gate for our ANA flight to Narita would be in Terminal 2.

My 62 inch flat bed in ANA Business Class.

Shortly after take-off the sun started to rise.

I was promptly served with breakfast (everything on one tray). The quantity was too small.

ANA Boeing 777-300ER is 10 abreast in Economy class.

Some cool engine pics from inflight.

And here some pics of the bended wings.

Flight time was about 6 hours and 30 minutes. It was too short for a Business Class flight.

Welcome to Tokyo Narita - not everyone is happy about the planes landing here.

It was raining very heavily.

Our bird, which brought us from Singapore to Tokyo.

Getting some rest in downtown Tokyo.

Here is the video from the trip:

Enjoy!

Great trip report. How was the lie-flat bed? Comfy? Guess it would be helpful also if you shared how tall you are.

I am about 1.96.
The lie-flat bed was very big, even enough for me.

lot of meaningless complaints. meal was too small- seems like you ate ate at the lounge as well as on the plane. I am sure the flight attendants would have provided additional food or snacks if you asked. flight was too short for business class- you should've booked a longer flight or sat in economy. was the weather outside to your liking?

I believe that is an old school suitcase. Indicating no stowage when the seat is upright.

flight was too short for business class- you should've booked a longer flight or sat in economy.
Many US East Coast to London flights are shorter by total flying time than Singapore - Tokyo - esp. in the winter time. US East Coast - London are classical business class routes.

meal was too small- seems like you ate ate at the lounge as well as on the plane. I am sure the flight attendants would have provided additional food or snacks if you asked.
According to armagebedar the food should not have been served on just one tray.

check out the seatmap here:

NH has different configuration on the 77W. That flight was operated by model with an "enhanced" 3-4-3 economy cabin.

I do not get your point.

You wrote:

armagebedar wrote:
- Meal service will be served course-by-course (excluding late-night or early morning flights which will still use tray service)
I wrote:
Arent the most flights from Southeast Asia to NRT/HND late-night or early morning flights?
armagebedar (the OP) responded:
I think they mean flights departing on or around midnight rather than the ones leaving at around 5-8 AM.
-> the policy is not clear.
