Once a couple of years ago at ORD.

It was crossing the jet bridge over the road into the terminals. Great sight! ^

I've seen it a couple of times parked at the executive terminal at PHX while bush was in town. The red line bus I ride goes through the airport. I got off the bus one time and tried to get some up close pics, but the police were acting like gestapo and hassling anyone who showed any interest in the plane. Now when it's here I don't bother.

Have seen it two times:
1. in Germany 5 May 1985, when Pres. Reagan came to Bitburg.
2. at the airport in HNL, late 90's.

An awesome aircraft...

The only time I have seen AF1 is on TV. I saw it land in California transporting President Reagan's body to the Presidential Library.

I was impressed because at the end of the runway it did a U-turn on the runway.

The old school 707-based AF1 is on display at the Museum of Flight in Seattle. It probably has the most history of all the AF1s.

Yep, on my very first flight EVER, back when I was 13 I think...

My flight was delayed because George HW Bush was in Madison, WI doing a campaign stop and we had to wait for AF1 to clear the airspace before other flights could take off. Of course this was back in the days when people could pass security without a boarding pass, and me and my parents watched AF1 take off from a window

My dad was telling me how significant this was, that I was in close proximity to the (then) Vice President...and all I could think was "man, I am so going to miss my connection in Detroit because of this BS" I was so *green* back then, and so young, and traveling for the first time (by myself, too)...yet thinking like a true FT'er LOL.

Wait...I guess if it was the VP it probably wasn't AF1...but hey, close enough right?

I saw AF1 (well, one of the two 747s - not sure which one) in the summer of 1998 at the Boeing air field in Seattle. We were told that it was there for regular maintenance. It was surrounded by a few Secret Service personnel.

.......and have flown on Air Force 2 (same plane, just had Al Gore on board instead of Clinton)

Bingo.... you win the bonus prize..... lessee what the bonus prize is. Ah... as a UA 1K you don't have to pay $15 extra for an aisle seat on your next flight!

I have seen the 747 multiple times at MSP, as well as a 737 President Bush used in Rochester, MN. All were during the 2004 Presidential Campaign.

I saw AF1 at LAF in 1987 when Reagan was there for a visit. Then saw AF1 last year (or year before?) at CLE when George W. Bush was in town & AF1 was parked on the far side of the field.

If I'm ever elected president I'm going to continue doing general aviation, just so we can hear ATC say "Air Force One, say type aircraft."
