Underseat rolling bag

Looking for recommendations on a "personal item" bag with wheels that will meet the United sizer restrictions. For 20 years we have carried Travelpro rollaboards and totes. But now as retirees when flying standby we often have to give up he rollaboards at the gate, and our totes are just too darn heavy to schlep down long concourses. So looking for totes with wheels that can fit under the seat and meet the 9x10x17 bag sizer requirement. Over the rollaboard handle blackstrap would be nice, but not required. Thanks!

I looked but this doesn't exist. The actual sizer dimension is 9"x11"x18" but there's nothing where the second biggest dimension is below 12". This http://shop.samsonite.com/luggage/sa...56866XXXX.html alone might work. But it's no longer available. We discussed this in the past http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trave...te-advice.html and came up empty, mostly. It was full of people yelling "I have this bag and it's awesome" and every. single. one. of them is too large by the second dimension.

I bought https://www.amazon.ca/American-Touri.../dp/B00CRTUFSE and needed to toss it after a single trip because it developed holes on the bottom. Nothing stops it from touching the ground. Poor design.

I ended up purchasing this bag: https://www.aerocoast.com/aerocoast-...t-bag-287.html

A little smaller than our legacy Travelpro totes. Also bought a set of wheels that we can use to haul both totes down long concourses.

I've been looking for a wheeled tote for a long time. My non-wheeled totes are now so full of electronics that I can't comfortably carry them through the airport anymore. I'm currently eyeing this, which is supposed to fit under seats on US carriers.

Did I mention the previous thread was full of bags way too large in the second dimension? I did. What did you link? A 16.6 x 14 x 7.8" bag. Is 14 a bigger number than 11?
