I remember a quote that was drilled into us at pilot training: Every takeoff is optional; All landings are mandatory.

Some witnesses complain of "slight bounce". Was the landing "successful"?

Now if only politician have senses and I will be jetting out of YTZ.

CS300 first flight today!
The CS300 larger variant of the CSeries made its first flight today. The bone chilling -20 degree air made for a nice quick take off.

Can't wait to see this bird in action with LX. I even recently got an J amenity kit from them with the aircraft printed on it... so I guess they're looking forward to it as well.
Good to see it landed safe and sound.
I thought that was #1. Now curious about which rule that is... Every take-off that doesn't end in chaos is a good one?
