Now Cannot Select/Change Seat Online?

I had seating problems a month ago but around that time managed to get my J seats selected on the MEL-BKK route. However I checked again today and there is no mention of my allocations when I manage my booking online, and the seatmap says no seats selected.
I called the thai office and the seats I requested are still in the system, but online isn't showing it which is odd.

I'm in AU but tried to call Thailand as AU wasn't open when I called - except all the numbers I had previously gotten through on just had Thai messages saying the call wouldn't go through which was odd.
Ended up calling the NZ office and they confirmed my seating despite online showing nothing.

The TG Aussie website is still working for me - including seat map and seat selection. It's under the 'additional services' tab about half way down the page. Booking was made via a partner award redemption.
