Now Cannot Select/Change Seat Online?

The TG app is working for me, but I can't get my booking on the website.

I'm using the TG Australian site (.au) - no problems retrieving booking or selecting seats.

My recently booked flight on TG J, there is no seat reservation showing up on TG booking page, but it does on Amadeus's checkmytrip.com.

Couldn't select seats online either. I sent them an email with my preferred seats and they emailed me back in less than 24hrs with confirmation.

Month later and I still cannot assign a seat on my TG J flight BKK-MUC.
I have no problem selecting and changing my seats on economy reservation LHR-BKK.

I had seating problems a month ago but around that time managed to get my J seats selected on the MEL-BKK route. However I checked again today and there is no mention of my allocations when I manage my booking online, and the seatmap says no seats selected.

I called the thai office and the seats I requested are still in the system, but online isn't showing it which is odd.

I'm in AU but tried to call Thailand as AU wasn't open when I called - except all the numbers I had previously gotten through on just had Thai messages saying the call wouldn't go through which was odd.

Ended up calling the NZ office and they confirmed my seating despite online showing nothing.

The TG Aussie website is still working for me - including seat map and seat selection. It's under the 'additional services' tab about half way down the page. Booking was made via a partner award redemption.
LHR/MEL/Europe FF is offline
