I wish I could take a screen shot, but I'm running into something similar.

I can get to the FT homepage without issue, but then seems to freeze a bit for some ad to serve. I'm only seeing UA CC offers. Once it's done, if I click on MyFT half the time my browser shuts down. I've had some luck going into forums directly, but even that doesn't work reliably.

Could it be Flash or Java ads doing this?

Apologies for lack of detail on the exact pattern or screenshot, but am posting this promptly and in haste in the hope that it makes for easier tracing of the problem.

Just today - August 27th - I have begun to experience another spell of 'redirects'. From different FT pages, I am being frequently taken to an app for Game of War, or a website offering streaming services.

This comes after a long period where the site has been trouble-free for me, following the previous spell of problems which was corrected by your goodselves.

Hello admin people ....re my previous post immediately above .....what I was trying to say is that my problem occurred on the morning of 27th Aug (GMT), having been trouble-free until evening of 26th - so could be related to some changes to the site or its ads & banners etc, made during that period. That said, I do not appear to be having any issues over last three hours ; so perhaps already resolved ....Thanks for listening ^

Happens only in Microsoft's new Edge but i get redirected to accident lawyers etc. without my permission (sometimes without even seeing Flyertalk). I have popups blocked but doesn't help.

Seems like FlyerTalk has really gone off the rails with the new Edge! VERY Annoying . . . Works Ok with Firefox though!

Some of the links I get redirected to (instead of seeing my favorite FT!). Only FT does this out of all the pages I go to (and only with Microsoft Edge).

I'm getting a new set of disruptions that's are closing or crashing the browser in my Windows phone. Pretty unusable this afternoon.

One disruption seemed to tell my phone to search for "sports bet", since that was left on the screen in the Windows Store search app.

I've also been left on a fake Flash install page today.

If I wait while on the FT homepage for whatever is loading to load, I get this message from my browser:

IE has altered this page to prevent cross-site scripting.

I can then go to MyFT. If I don't wait for the page to fully load and I receive that message, when I click on MyFT the browser shuts down.

Something is up with the new homepage.

FT need to get this sorted out. Just spent the last hour or so sorting out a virus download which initiated on first display of FT page (most probably caused by crossscripting) Ended up having to restore system and manually remove Win32 Trojans. Cannot post a screen shot as it all happened so quickly.

- Windows Phone 8.1

Things seem to be normal on a Win7 PC with IE11. I haven't noticed any oddities.

My problems are back, big-time !

Being taken from FT to an app for Ladbrokes Sports Betting, constantly & randomly. In fact, it needed quite an effort to get this posted !
