Amen to that. Along with parking rates, hours of lounge, hours of fitness center... you know, helpful info.

Just noticed a change to T&C
http://www.starwoodhotels.com/prefer...spg_terms.html
4C.5. In addition to all the benefits of Gold Preferred Guest Membership, Platinum Preferred Guests also receive the following benefits:
d. Access to the Club Level Lounge when staying at Sheraton hotels or access to the Executive Level Lounge when staying at Westin or Le Méridien hotels, even when not staying on the Club Level or Executive Level floor(s). At Sheraton properties, access to the Club Level Lounge does not mean access to the Towers Level Lounge, even if there is no Club Level Lounge in the hotel and there is a Lounge of any kind in the Towers. Access to Towers Level is determined by each individual property. These benefits are limited to the member and one guest IF that guest is in the same room as the member. Lounge access is not available if a lounge is at maximum capacity or if a lounge is closed for any reason.
The former version was:

This begs the question, "Which LM properties have an Executive Lounge?"
Le Méridien St. Julians Hotel & Spa
Le Méridien Stuttgart
Dar Al Sondos Apartments by Le Méridien -- "Reserved for the exclusive benefit of our Executive Room guests, our Executive Lounge offers free continental breakfast - from 630am to 11am - coffee, tea and juices, which are served throughout the day and free Internet access for 1 hour."
Additions to the list according to others:
Le Meridien Piccadilly
Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur
Le Royal Mansour Méridien (Casablanca)
Le Meridien Cancun
Le Meridien King Edward
:-: But what about the numerous LM hotels with "Royal Club" levels and lounges? Are these "Executive Lounges" under the SPG T&Cs? Here are just a couple examples:
Le Méridien Heliopolis -- Their site says, "Le Royal Club Lounge serves cocktails and refreshments at all times of day." but their room description for a Royal Club room says, "Royal Club, Exec Lounge Benefits, Butler, Free High Speed-internet, Airport Transfers."
Le Meridien King Edward -- "Royal Club" but the room description for the Executive Suite refers to "Exec Lounge Benefits."
A partial list of LM hotels with "Royal Club" Lounges:
Le Méridien Amman
Le Royal Méridien Mumbai
Le Royal Méridien Shanghai
Le Méridien Al Khobar
Le Méridien Qingdao
Le Méridien Dubai
Plaza Athénée Bangkok
Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort
Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur
Le Méridien Chongqing, Nan'an
Le Méridien New Delhi
Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi
Le Royal Méridien Chennai
Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu
Le Méridien Pyramids
Le Méridien Chiang Mai
Le Méridien Jakarta

Off the top of my head, the Royal Clubs at the LM's in Casablanca and Cancun are freely accessed by Platinum members, even on points stays.
