Room received: Upgraded to the Loft Room on a high floor (they seem to call it the Suite at the hotel, but it is a larger room rather than a proper suite)

Comments: Very happy with the room, considering the low rate and that the Loft room is the highest category in the hotel. Upgraded prior to arrival (checked SPG app). Service excellent all around. First time in an Aloft and very impressed.

Comments: Well beyond my expectations ^ - my ambassador contacted the hotel when the SNA's werent going to clear (the standard suite is the 1 bedroom suite) and got this arranged!
