Comments: was preupgraded several days in advance. Gotta love SPG - I have 3 more upcoming stays in January (other hotels) and all of them seem to be preupgraded.

Comments: I always get treated well at this hotel. I always get full Platinum recognition. If they have a suite , they give it. The "worst "room I ever received was a Club room. The lounge is closed this week and they gave full buffet breakfast in the restaurant, which is much better. The Club breakfast is pretty poor, so I am happy to get a buffet breakfast.

Comments: Suite was really spacious, kind of outdated furniture but well kept. Classic junior suite on the 4th floor was little bigger than on the 1st floor but it did not have a TV in the bedroom. Staffs were like always very friendly and efficient.

Comments: Madison Suite still available on website. Upgraded to Grand Deluxe and asked her to check out the Madison. Took her about 5 full minutes, told me the group was just checking out and if I didn't mind waiting, it was mine. Went shopping and got a call about 90 minutes later. WONDERFUL!!!
