Beating a dead horse, reviving the thread, since there has been some improvement, which is (again) deteriorating. The lounge was up to A from Sept 2017 until now (rating 98 in Sept 2017, 90 in January 2018).
It barely kept an A rating the last inspection in January 2018, with the following violations (14, 23, 40, 42 are new compared to Sept; Sept also had "35. Equipment/Utensils - approved; installed; clean; good repair, capacity")
Major:
* # 14. Food contact surfaces: clean and sanitized
Minor:
* # 23. No rodents, insects, birds, or animals
Good Retail Practice:
* # 33. Nonfood-contact surfaces clean and in good repair
* # 40. Plumbing: Plumbing in good repair, proper backflow devices
* # 42. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned
* # 44. Floors, walls and ceilings: properly built, maintained in good repair and clean
