First Class From Phuket Within SE Asia
Trying to burn 40K miles to use from HKT. Is there any airline that I could use that originates out of HKT. Would like to fly SQ or TG if possible. I did see there is a SQ flight to Mumbai with F. Are US Airways members allowed to use that? Thanks!

Also SQ doesn't fly out of HKT and IMO F class is pointless on such short journeys however the only place it may be worth it is with TG to get the BKK F ground service... However HKG, NRT and HND are the only asian routes with F and all are classes as N Asia with US.
If I were you I would pick somewhere I really want to visit and just book a C award there. There are plenty of interesting options in SE Asia such as DPS, MLE, CMB, DEL etc.

People have been reporting success at getting C on 77W/388 for some time now on *A awards. They won't get Suites on 388, but 77W F might open up as well- problem is it will likely be close-in (within 2 weeks):

That being said: OP, you do know there's a visa requirement for India if you're a US citizen, right (the USA doesn't get visa on arrival from India)? This is different from Thailand or Singapore.
I do also agree in thinking that don't obsess on F being available on the aircraft over the interesting places you can go in South Asia. A little secret: that massage you can get in the TG F lounge probably sets you back $10-20 in a lot of SE Asia, and some of the best food in SE Asia isn't going to be found anywhere in an airport lounge, but in the streets outside. So I'd concentrate more on having your longhaul segments in comfort and use the US award in C (given that it's only 30K) to go someplace fun and interesting on top of your existing travel, rather than contort an itinerary just to try and get an F cabin. F cabins are best for longhaul flights.
