Thanks. All reservations cancelled and rebooked.

Per the T&Cs :
Anyone get bonus points yet? Been more than 4 days for me. Nada (I did have the offer in my account when I booked).

What do you mean points to post? I saw mine post a day after the flight.

Bonus points posting properly for me, generally by late evening if a daytime flt, and by next morning if an evening flt.

Did I screw myself but not cancelling and rebooking but just CHANGING the flight I was taking?

Had 2 flights booked before the promo was announced. Changed one inside Concur (different departure airport, more $$) and PNR# did not change. No bonus.

Cancelled & rebooked the other directly on SW.com. Got Bonus.

Stupid me, apparently, lost 4000 pts.

Yes. You could try phoning Rapid Rewards and asking politely for a favor.

Yes.

Every promotion that I can remember has always been that way.

I was part of their glitched early sign up. Booked and rebooked more than a dozen flights on the 17th. 18th rolled around with the new terms of the promo. Had to call CS, and the guy helped out by rebooking all the flights so that they qualified for the promo. Pretty good service, although my email was bombed with notifications.

Thank you all, live and learn. First time I've ever done this. Will call RR and plead stupidity.

Thumbs up 24x or 36x BS Points. Is that what they call "Base"?

Can you confirm you rec'd 24x1$ for your fare on the 2x promo? or better: 36x$1 for anyone lucky enough to get a 3x promo?

Assuming base is the 12x for BS fares, excluding the 25% A+ bonus points. I'm in the 2x promo, so I can expect on a $100 ticket (for easy math example):

12x base points: 1200 (these are the only points going towards A+/CP)
12x double base bonus: 1200
and 25% A+: 300
Totalling: 2700 points.

Would that be accurate?

Yes. I've flown three BS segments since the promo started and have received 36x points on each. (12x base, 12x double points promo, 12x A-List Preferred 100% bonus.) Surprisingly, since the promo started my points have been posting within 3 hours of my flight ending, where it used to be more like 3 days.
