Flybe and Flying Blue points

Hi

Im trying to book a Birmingham to Paris flight.

Air France and Flybe codeshare on this route. However the prices differ on both websites for the same flights.

On the Flybe website there charging £114 (but flying Air France with Flybe flight numbers).

On the the Air France website there charging £184 (with Air France numbers).

Would anyone know if I were to book on the Air France website, would I still be able to collect my Flying Blue miles? N.B. there would have Flybe flight numbers but using Air France aircraft.

Hope that makes sense...
