How does Priority baggage work for *G and MI?
Flying LHR-SIN-PEN next month on SQ/MI. How does priority baggage work?
-Will the bags be tagged priority in LHR and if so, will they come out first in PEN?
-Will the bags be tagged priority in PEN? If not, will they get priority tags added during connection in SIN or will they not have priority for the return to LHR?

They should be tagged priority all the way through - I don't think you will retrieve your bags at all, so they should be tagged PEN (right from LHR when you check in).
Can't say for certain your bag will be first on the carousel at PEN, but it'll definitely be among the first.
It will work the same way in the other direction too.
