Yes.
There are paid showers at Ambassador Transit Lounge near the B gates in T3. If you qualify for Changi Dollar Voucher, your visit could be free.

Ex SIN a billboard at gate 5 assigned *G to the economy lane, while in another occasion from the larger gate at the end of the T3 terminal a call were made after J pax.
The *G lounge is ridiculously poor, a downgrade from the public area.
