For a couple of days now there has been a message in my account saying
It's directly above 'recent account updates'.
Surely you've all got the same?
Whilst that is there I see little point in hassling DC over it. Don't get me wrong I'm frustrated as I'm waiting for miles to credit before I can make an award booking but there is no point giving them grief when they are aware of a problem and have let us know about it.

Due to system problems over the last couple of weeks the loyalty bonus has been delayed, you should be credited with this in the next few days.
