WF baggage allowance
Hi all! Recently on a SVJ - BOO flight (WF), I was denied to bring 1 extra piece of baggage without costs due to my booking class (O). It is clearly stated (sas.no) that EBS/G are entitled to bring one extra piece without costs. As an EBS, this is even one of the very few benefits you actually get. So, is this wrong? Or do WF operate with different standards than SAS?

Er du EuroBonus Gull- eller Sølvmedlem, får du alltid sjekke inn en ekstra bagasje uten kostnad. Vekten på din ekstra bagasje avhenger av hvilken billettype du reiser på.

We where 4 pax (1 status) with total 11 bags, so I was prepared to buy additional baggage allowance. What bothers me is that I have to argue with CAs about my benefits as an EBS, what kind of loyalty is that?
Despite the CA being very nice and helpful, she declined my 1 extra bag for free. Any point in complaining? Even if it´s only a bagatelle
, no matter what kind of company, it have to fulfill what it advertise.

Hi Koc, I'm sorry to see that you had to pay for the extra baggage. Please contact our Customer Relations office and we will refund the charge.
