I would like to know what airline mileage program is offering points for people use Turbo Tax online. Last year I did it via United Airlines.. The only airlines I like to use it for is United, American, or Delta.

Thank you

Sam's Club is currently offering Turbo Tax with a $10 off "instant coupon". That makes the Deluxe/state/e-file version $39.99. Through March 3rd.

Office Depot has fired the first shot:

http://slickdeals.net/f/6552940-offi...e-2014-edition

This is kind of disappointing, compared to previous years' FAR software bonanzas.

Office Max has 20% off coupon that you can print online and bring into your local store (might also be able to use it online). It applies to tax software, since I used it last week for such.

If so, that could be confusing but it would your fault for choosing a fiscal year. Oh, by the way, a fiscal year is any year that is not a calendar year.
Actually a calendar year can also be the fiscal year for a company.

Either things have changed or the price listed about under Costco is for Fed+efile only. The Deluxe Fed+State+Fed efile is $39.99. Still not too bad!

I used turbo tax last year, plan to do so this year. Is it safe to assume that all STATE e-file is extra. I have seen that to e-file, it is 36.99. Anywhere I can purchase it bundled with e-file? The cheapest I have seen it is on intuit.com website. Cheaper than costco and amazon prime.

In all of the years that I have used TurboTax, and I think it is at least 12, I have never seen where TurboTax has bundled state e-file with their product. Usually only Fed e-file only. And I think that has only been for the last five years or so.

Southwest Airlines 1000 Rapid Rewards points for getting TurboTax through their portal. That's $16.67 towards a Wanna Get Away points booking booked by March 30, $14.28 afterwards. They charge $29.99 for Deluxe federal.

Office Depot

Office depot is offering a $5 gift card for H&R Block software Deluxe and higher. Tax software is $34.99

TurboTax is $49.99 and includes free Quicken starter edition (after rebate)

Good 1/26/2014-02/01/2014

Best deal I've seen so far on the H&R Block software, but not good enough for me to buy it yet......

Anyone using the *Staple's ink reward program? $2 for every ink or toner cartridge brought in a month, max of 10. Then wait a month and use the $20 in ink rewards toward a Turbo Tax purchase? My work place threw out almost 200 ink cartridges that I pulled out of the dumpster. Technically not a discount so a little OT but hey if your workplace is just tossing cartridges, grab 10 this month and use the $20 credit that will post in February.

* You need to be in the staples reward program (free) to get the $2 per cartridge.

All of their cloud-based products have state extras. The CD/download versions all have state included.

Fidelity, as usual, offers a discount to everyone, not just its customers - https://www.fidelity.com/taxes/turbo...count/overview

On-line: Deluxe 19.99, Premier 34.99, with state an additional 36.99
Download: Deluxe - 49.99 Premier - 74.99 with one state included

Costco is cheaper, if you're a member and are headed there anyway or want to wait for shippin, but this can be downloaded at home, and is always available by mid-December if you need to do any last-minute tax planning.
