HAM has a Rad Blu on airport, so I can manage with a 7am wakeup and still beable to do a day trip somewhere out of VIE

I just did ZRH-EWR w/o a meal thanks once again UA. The meal is my last concern I simply have a couple of bowls of ceral either at the hotel or airport lounge
Thanks. I'm going to stick with my current routing from ZRH and hope that Schalom does a nice job.

I noticed Turkish is missing from the Wiki.

Any recent updates regarding caterer, quality, certification?

They mostly give from Istanbul, with Hechsher from Rabbi of Istanbul. This is out of TLV and UK and Europe. Not sure about US.
Food is not that good, to put it mildly.

Some updated information

Cathay out of Zurich uses Schalom, with all classes being served the same meals.

Out of Dusseldorf, cathay is catered by Do&Co, who sources kosher meals from WAM in France. I believe this also applies to any other airlines using Do&Co.

AA out of Hong Kong uses Hermolis.

JAL out of Narita serves Stogel.

AA out of Narita also serves Stogel, but that may change soon, according to the Narita branch of LSG/Cosmo

Is anyone familiar with meals out of Beijing PEK?

I believe this is the fresh type of Stogel, as opposed to the Long Life meals (in the blue boxes)?

And just by the way, Aegean has gone back to serving Stogel Long Life.

Thank you for that info. The WAM website doesn't mention him.

I'd assume so, as I got the fresh Stogel on AA out of Narita a few months ago. Other than the salmon and green beans, it wasn't bad.

The breakfast had an omelet that was actually really good. It even had soy sausage.

I think the name of their Kosher food company is "La Casa Brinyut" or something like that, which you can google.
I have the certifcation paper somewhere lying around.

I suppose Turkish have a good deal to order all their meals (where feasible i.e. prob not ex-US) from this company in Turkey.

I appreciate the info. Thank you.

I was told by someone else that the KSML is certified under the OK, I just called them and verified that indeed it is.

Are you talking from recent experience? Is it possible something changed?

I looked around and found the certificate of kashrut from the Turkish Airline meal.

It reads as follows:

"La Casa de Barinyurt catering services abide by the strict Mehadrin standards of kashrut, with a mashgiach temidi, and are proudly certified by the OK Kashrut laboratories headed by Rabbi Don Yoel Levy and by the chief Rabbinate of Turkey headed by Rabbi Itshak Haleva. Rabbi Menachem Mendel Chitrik is in charge of the supervision and is always available to answer your questions in regards to kashrut at: [email protected] "

For more info from Rabbinate of turkey, an email is given - [email protected]

So it does seem to have the hechsher of OK and Rabbinate of Turkey.
I've edited my post above.
Hope this clarifies things.

Thanks. I'm flying ANA to Narita. Unless ANA opens more availability, my wife will be in business and I'll be in Y.
