Almost certainly 180 degree lay flat. There are 2 330's out of 28 which have angled lay flat but they are generally used on China routes.

Good luck with getting sleep on such a short trip. IME QF is not quick with the dinner meal service and the wake up 2 hrs before landing fordn't help,

Indeed and the "supper" service tends to be average at best.

Why do you get woken up this early? Tell the crew you don't want to be disturbed and they will leave you alone until the start of descent.

I'd go for the EK code share.
Flat bed and the later departure time is more conducive to getting to sleep quickly.
A less brutal arrival time too.
