DL: SFO-SJO $541 RT in F
T-Up fare, books into First: G for Domestic legs, and Z for International legs

Think this one is gone, would love to be wrong
I was just looking at dates on GF, refreshed the page and several dates where I saw the ~$500 fares for a same or one day turn (some Feb and March, a bunch in May) are now showing ~$1300.
(edit) But, I followed Steve's example he posted above and it still prices at $540 on Delta. Interesting. Maybe they've updated fare rules to require a 7 day stay, when I reduced the stay on his example the price jumps.

Fare is still out there and has been refiled as a proper first class (Z) fare, not a T-Up.
