Cool [rumour confirmed] LX F awards for SEN/HON only eff 2014

According to this source https://www.facebook.com/pages/Statu...85211038169491

LX will limit F awards to M&M members with SEN & HON status from January 2014.
Base members and FTL members will not be permitted to book F awards.

When will LH follow ?

They might as well change the name to flying blue two.

If only your rumours were not typically so correct....

Extraordinary, the enhancements just keep coming. I thought the benefits were already diluted to homeopathic levels.

I have a very bad gut feeling that there is more bad news coming this month.

Actually, this is a real benefit for M&M elites as less people will be able to snag the already rare F seats.
On the other side I hate LX for doing this. I have accumulated a substantial amount of miles over the years and now, since I am about to lose my SEN, I will not be able to use them for FC travel .

You must be joking. I'm sure LH will reduce F availability for HON/SEN accordingly.

I wish them good luck. I'm tired of LH's shenanigan's, and am avoiding them like the plague.

I doubt this is how it will work out however I do appreciate the optimism!

I really don't see the benefit for M&M in this enhancement.....an F award is not exactly a cheap mileage redemption. If you have the miles, why would they care who books in F.... especially since they already control the availability.

I already only consider redeeming my M&M miles when I can use the SEN companion discount, otherwise buying miles in another program is cheaper.
