DL: COS-ATL-MCI-ATL-PHX $324 ai RT 3.9 cpm

I didn't have anything planned over Martin Luther King weekend, had a $230 ecert to use, and I have that Monday off, so I decided to see what I could come up with for a MR. This combines a PHX-MCI fare basis with a COS-MCI fare basis. It will take a total of 3 days to complete. I will get a hotel in MCI, which is fine with me because I will go out and have some KC BBQ and a few beers. The second night I will be on a redeye from PHX to ATL so no hotel needed. With my cert the whole flight cost less than $100 out of pocket and will net me ~8300 miles. Here is my itinerary:

I'm trying to piece this together with LAS as I'll be trying to escape the CES show next week. These bookings are legit Mr. JimmyJoe. On a side note, and not to hijack this thread, but I see that LAS-MSP-AUS(tin, TX) is $212 ai with DL (4.53cpm and 4686MQM). Would be nice to incorporate AUS into the op's itinerary.

I used a combination of ITA Matrix and Google flights to find it. Once I discovered the 2 different fare basis with good cpm on both I just played around and forced routing through ATL multiple times to get the lowest cpm possible for this routing. I had a difficult time trying to book it, but ended up getting it done by booking 2 individual multi city segments on DL.com So I booked COS-ATL-MCI-ATL-PHX as one multi segment itinerary for ~$158 and PHX-ATL-MCI-ATL-COS as a second multi segment itinerary for $~164.
