Just booked this in reverse: LAX-MIA red-eye the night of the 8th, returning MIA-ATL-LAX on the 9th. Quick 12 hour trip that scores me some nice MQM's for $240. Not bad at all.

Lots of dates beginning in January. Just use the calendar function of ITA.

Looks like this is even down to $232 from LAX-MIA but that's direct and not going through DTW.

MR to SIN from SFO JFK NRT SIN NRT JFK SFO 25,318 5.04 cpm
This will give you lots of miles fast, from LAX It is 25,096 which is 222 miles less, didn't check the price but probably similar. Can usually get similar price in early Dec. did this run from SFO in 2010, price a little lower than. SMF ATL NRT SIN NRT ATL SMF is 24,542 more convenient since I live in SMF area.

Picked the same up for Jan 25/26. AA has flooded the chart at 232.

It seems like some of the inventory for DL is diminishing, but I was able to actually take advantage of this fare in conjunction with my Alitalia "mistake code" booking, to take me to the West Coast. Nice to be able to string several well-priced SkyTeam itins together and get a nice amount of MQMs out of it. 17k MQMs (and 34k RDMs) for $695 all together. Not quite an MR, but a very healthy way to get myself to a west-coast vacation for cheap.

What do you mean by AZ mistake code booking? Need to keep my eye out for one of these. Booking an multi-segment AZ trip here soon.
