Business Class. Got the house but no amenity kit. Crew was very apologetic that amenity kits were not loaded.

Sorry to hear that Braniff... the kits themselves are not much to write home about, but it isn't nice to lack one on the flight.

Love these memorabilia, Johan!

With pleasure.

I'll try to keep them coming, but I'll have to start looking harder. Unfortunately, lots of stuff was thrown/given away over the years.

Oh, me too! Thankee, Johan. Wonderful memories.

Being turfed off the endless Rio flight in Monrovia in the middle of the night, Nov 1975, for breakfast with A. Sliding into the ZRH-AMS last stretch at breakfast time, all chipper, but the interior of the plane looked liked it had just carried a zillion bored, fitful sleepers pretending to be untidy on a milk-run from EZE. It had. And being a medi-vac from MLA along an endless milk-run across everything, BKK KHI and more to AMS. Wow, them was flying!

Keep 'em coming!

Back in the days pax in economy not only got a nice printed menu, but they were served a hot meal too. OK, so you had to pay for the booze, but that was an IATA thing.

You can thank IATA for the Delft Blue houses too. KL came up with the idea to circumvent IATA's rules that prohibited giving passengers gifts.

Another economy class menu without free booze.

They must have been fond of veal and spinach back then!
