oh lovely - hitting memory lane here!
do you remember that the one came in two different colour grades (see picture)? lighter in the beginning and darker later on? I recently saw a crew member coming down the crew-rest having one in her hand, so I am not the only one that still uses it.
I found a silver spoon (don't ask!) and a gift/pen set - already in plastic/aluminium however...

AMS-EZE on KLM? In J? There should be amenity kits given out at the beginning and a house at the end. Were you in economy?
