I was able to post into the meeting calendar--great idea. It took me a bit to figure out to click Duration in order to copy over multiple days. :-:

Calendar Of FT'ers Upcoming IHG Hotel Stays
I know I've seen this in the mileage forum for flights but is there a thread/calendar allowing FT'ers to input what hotels they will be staying at on a specific date, thus allowing FT'ers to meet up etc.
If there isn't, it maybe a good idea to include one in this forum (IHG properties only) if this is possible??

A calender would definitely be a great idea and easier to use than the current meeting thread.

I will send them an email and ask if they can set up a "Flyertalk group"!
I use it, and find it quite handy. You can create a signature for your posts, like ba97 does for flights, you can enter your upgrades etc. and you can search for hotel stays of other users and see, which upgrades a certain status provided in the past.
And you can also check the evaluation of the hotels as well.
So all information is put together. Look at my signature for example, it works nicely.
Seems to be a "beta mode" and from time to time new features are added.
There is a list of countries and cities of the countries are pre-entered.
Also not that bad to have the picture of all your pre-visited countries!
The design could be a little bit nicer, but I like the functions at least^!
