Jet Airways Cash Upgrade?
Hey guys.
Due to a host of very complicated and nonsensical reasons I'll be travelling with Jet Airways from YYZ to AMS in a few weeks.
I am booked in Y, but I'd like to know if Jet does indeed offer the possibility of purchasing an upgrade at the airport or bidding for one online?
I've never traveled with Jet Airways before.

Just upgraded BOM-SIN from J to F last week.
Asked re this option at check-in - had done zero research beforehand, just thought I'd ask given that the 77W was scheduled for my flight.
Price was INR30k (around USD450).
Good flight - great crew, really nice food and I like the F class seat.
Based on my very limited experience, "cash upgrades" do exist.

thanks for the feedback guys.
I tried 2002's suggestion, but since the ticket was booked through a travel agency and has interline segments I cannot access the "jet Xtras" section.
I'll have to try my luck at the airport.

Is there a historical database/thread for CASH upgrade pricing on Jet flights ? I may look to upgrade
from Y to J (BOM-DXB-BOM) sometime soon and wanted to know average upgrade price...
It would be nice to see some historical data for different routes...
