CitiPM already gives you 4 miles per INR 100 for all spends. 10 miles per INR 100 is applicable for Airlines and selected partners.

WRT the desktop, I suggest that you walk upto dealers and configure your own system and choose accessories as per your prefrence. That's always better off than branded / pre-configured desktops.

Also, check out the warranty period on the Motherboard / Processor. Last time I checked, Asus offered 3 years replacement; AMD was 2 years and Intel was just a year.

Has anyone had experience transferring PM miles to Avios, where the account holder's last name is the same, but the first name is different?

TIA!

Received the card today. I was hoping for Visa Signature but got a World Mastercard. I already have one Visa Signature so maybe I will keep the Mastercard for now.

Few newbie queries:
1. Do we get 10 premier miles per 100 on spicejet, indigo etc when they are running promo fares and we book directly from the airline website?
2. In the same case as 1, if we book from goibibo/yatra do we get 10 premier miles per 100.
3. If there is some discount/offer by goibibo/yatra and we book in the offer do we get 10 premier miles per 100.
4. Although I am keeping the World Mastercard as of now, if I want to switch to Visa Signature later on, is it possible?
5. Neither the joining fees nor 10,000 bonus miles have been credited to my account yet. When will the two happen?

Thanks a ton.

BTW, I have received goibibo savings voucher of Rs.1,500 with the card. I guess that is being given only with World Mastercard Premiermiles Card.

1 -3 Absolutely, 10PM on any airline website.
4. No idea, but guess you can call and check.
5. Spend 1k in single transaction and 10k miles will be reflected into next billing cycle.

Wow - I never knew this!

I just spent loads of money on Amazon.in just in the past few months - too bad all spends were on a Jet-branded card!

I buy around 4-5 PC's a month on average. Any electronic sites where I can use my card on (at x10) as right now I go direct through Dell.

Apart from Amazon.in you can also check snapdeal or if your are paying through PayTm, it will also fetch you 10mile / 100. I think for buying bulk system, you can trust Amazon when compared to other web stores like onemi.in.

Have seen Amazon as the price is comparable but its not Fulfilled by Amazon so would you say that qualifies for 10 x ?

Oh man - you guys are killing me!

I've also done *tons* of transactions on Snapdeal.com.

At least now I'm taking a look at the Citi PM site for the partners...

@onlysuite: Even if they are not Amazon fulfilled partner you will get 10miles. As the transaction is done on amazon payment gateway, which qualifies you to earn extra miles.

@superflyboy: explore more option >>here<<
