Possible two nights at some hyatts after $250 spend - Rite Aid Happy You Year Promo

Rite Aid is offering a Promotion called "Happy You Year".
It runs through Jan 24th.
If a customer spends $250 on qualifying products, he or she can opt for 2 nights at over 350 participating Hyatt hotels. There are restrictions on dates with availability.

This link explains it some, and has further links for the hotel list and terms and conditions.

https://www.riteaidrewardrequest.com.../Index/5#three

Not quite the "pudding guy" but it might be worth it for some, especially if the products were useful.

Looks like you need to pick 3 of the participating locations and your dates. If any are available, they book one for 2 nights. Rewards are for "participating products" only (i.e. no gift cards).

Participating products list:
https://www.riteaidrewardrequest.com/YouYear/Products

Good deal for some, I'm going to pass though.. Thanks for posting!

The Reward is 2 Premier Certificates

Seems like availability would be less of an issue at the hotels which accept the premier cert, although those are mostly lower category hotels:

Possible two nights at some hyatts after $250 spend - Rite Aid Happy You Year Promo

Didn't Dockers use the same reward scheme a few years ago? How easy was redemption then?

I actually did the Dockers promo about 8 years ago. Then they had a list of sample Hotels from various brands rather than just Hyatt. I seem to remember that they would book a hotel up to $150 per night then. It worked for me in that case.

So you submit 3 properties and they select one? I might end up in a different city than I really want to stay at, right?

Seems like a very odd concept

Wells Fargo gave me this when I had a mortgage with them about 9 years ago, picked 3 places and same dates (basically picked places all within 3 hours driving), and they gave me my 3rd choice. It was over Labor Day weekend though, and the hotel we got in Atlantic City was going for $250 a night that weekend. I'd personally only do this if I planned to spend that much or almost that much at Rite Aid anyways.

might be something to look into. Although the fact they pick one of your 3 choices, is a little iffy.

I remember doing that after seeing it on another board somewhere. I had to file a BBB claim against the promotional firm and Levis/Dockers to get them to finally honor the offer.
