Apr 23, 2024I'm relatively new to HH but while making my last two reservations, I was offered an opportunity to upgrade for ~25$ if the room was available.
Does this always happen when booking online? Is it always the same rate?
Do you also get offers for Conrad?

The Nor1 upgrades aren't available for all Hilton hotels, but certainly (in my experience) a large number of them.
No, the prices aren't fixed. They can vary by hotel due to the broad range of rooms available.

I've had the option for a Standby upgrade at both a Conrad and a Walforf Astoria in the past.
As the chap above says, the rates can change significantly although i've never actually used one (except when if you have status, some come up as 0 and they are ticked automatically)
