Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Arcadia/Pasadena {US-CA}
When i stayed at the property in Oct, my Singapore Airlines FFP number was printed on my guest folio. However the miles didn't post, so I sent and email to HHonors. They replied saying that Hampton Inn Arcadia does not participate in giving miles to SQ. Is this true?
I chose double dipping HHonors points + fixed airline miles option in my HHonors profile btw.
I thought the I can get SQ miles at all the Hilton group properties.
Thanks in advance for your clarification.

I just went to go cancel a reservation that starts a week from now and got an online message that the cancellation period have expired. I called Diamond Desk to try to get it cancelled but they said it was a 14 DAY cancellation period and refused and that I could talk to the manager between 9 and 5 tomorrow. 14 Day cancellation at a Hampton Inn in Arcadia? The thing is demand is sky high for rooms because of Breeders Cup, they could sell that room for at least what my reservation is AND its not like I am cancelling the night before and the other two Hilton properties have one day cancellation policies that week.

What does this remotely have to do with getting SQ miles from Hampton?
Nice way to revive a nine year old dead thread from the grave, BTW.

I was looking for a general thread on the hotel and this was the closest I could find and I try to not start new threads for this sort of post.
