wrong size car rented, voided out
Never happened to me before so I will try to be as clear as I can. Rented a Nissan NV van last Saturday at DAL using the prepaid option. The picture shown was the larger NV3500 . Went to pick up the vehicle and found it was a NV200 instead. Since I needed a particular size to have something moved from house to house, I cannot use it. There was no other option at the location and I was offered to have it voided. There was no receipt given back to me. How is this being handled especially when it is a prepaid reservation? Thanks.
