Is it safe to fly BNE-RVN yet, or will I risk running into biker types on the plane?

Excellent!

I know some persons I could instantly send to a BNE-RVN excursion.

I don't have a photo of the breakfast menu, but it does look like an English breakfast

In the menu it's called 'American Breakfast', as Finnair usually calls their hot breakfast option.

It's the change in tier levels. I need to un-fly 5 flights for my platinum.

I need 3200 tier points and I know 2500 of it will be PRG-HEL but where I get that missing 700 points? Must be cheap and connected with that PRG-HEL -flight but where....

You take the 700 tier points from your stash of reward points - 2100 of those will nicely convert to 700 TP (quite possibly you cannot change the exact amounts online, but try doing it on the phone) Easier than flying anywhere

The mimimum amount to change is 15.000 reward points to 5.000TP. Not optimal if you only need 700TP.

How about some domestic return from the summer sales?

Can not be linked to PRG-HEL easily. Taking Value PRG-HEL and HEL-BUD is the cheapest option but then I'm in BUD and need to get home somehow.

This is not easy living.

MHQ + AT7 = now show OH-LGG.

How bout BA HEL-LHR-HEL sameday return on weekend. About 100€. Points wise quite poor since r/t earns ~1000p to AY but for you might be good.

edit: Sorry, misread your post.. so you need return on AY to get PRG-HEL cheaper + points?
