Worst drink I've ever had was at a local seafood restaurant, a concoction called "Pearly Legal" which consisted of sake, pear brandy and balsamic infusion.
It would have been good if they had used less balsamic, because that overpowered everything else instead of just adding a contrasting note to the overall drink.
It's no longer on the restaurant's drink menu, which does not surprise me.

Mrs BamaVol has been known to swig Bragg's Unfiltered Organic Apple Cider Vinegar from the bottle. All sorts of health benefits, she says. Makes me gag, even refrigerated. Great cure for heartburn if you can keep it down.
They also blend vinegar with several other thing; honey, honey & ginger, grape & acai and bottle it. It cuts the vinegar a bit but I can't imagine enjoying it.

You know that "taste" you get in your mouth/nose when you're in a Pine wood sauna? Multiply its intensity a thousandfold a pour it into a bottle. Mmmm... Pine tar! (Actually I don't mind it if it's just the once in a while.)
Association has kicked in whilst writing that, wouldn't mind a shot of Salmiakki Snapsi right now - mmmmm... Ammonium Chloride!
Can't think of any drink I've ever had that I've hated as much as Dr Pepper.

A local sports bar and bowling alley (Jillian's Lucky Strike) once served me a whiskey sour that I swear was just lemonade in a glass.
Craft breweries make drinking problems seem like a neat hobby. The only downside is that the trend is to keep adding hops until their IPAs are undrinkable.
