New Awards Calendar

Is this calendar still offline? I cannot seem to find it. The last I heard was that it would be back online shortly, IE by March 1st.

FINALLY!!!! A calendar showing award availability

Just got this email, so i'm sure the rest of you should have received it, or will be receiving it soon.

You're looking for a faster, easier way to book Award Travel, right?

Well, check out our new, online SkyMiles Award Calendar, which enables you to shop for Award Travel by viewing a monthly calendar of Award seat availability. Here's how it works:

Simply log into your SkyMiles account at delta.com/awardticket.
Enter your origin/destination, dates of travel, number of passengers and cabin preference.
Click "Go" to see SkySaver and SkyChoice availability for each day of the month.
This easy-to-use feature allows you to search and view all our available Delta Award seats, making delta.com the best place to shop for Award Travel. Plus, you'll avoid direct booking fees* when you shop online and take advantage of our added convenience and greater flexibility.

Mix and match First Class, BusinessElite®, Coach, SkySaver and SkyChoice travel into one Award Ticket with Combinable Awards to create your ideal travel itinerary and save thousands of miles in the process.

And to top it off, we'll give you 1,000 bonus miles** every time you book and ticket Award Travel for yourself, your family or friends at delta.com.

So go ahead and check your calendar. Then, check ours…24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You keep us flying,

Jeff

I know Jeff said he was waiting to get the kinks worked out before making an official announcement, but we've known about this (and have been using it) for months.

Crikey! Where have i been then? LOL. Thought I was going to bring great news to everyone, but alas, it's old news to most. Figured as a Platinum i'd have early access if anyone did. Guess not

However the calendar simply exposes the extremely limited availability of Sky Choice awards.

There is unlimited availability of SkyChoice. Maybe you meant SkySaver.

While it's better than what they had before (+/- 1 day), personally I don't think it's as easy as it could be. Why did they lay out the days of the month in one row, and not in a traditional (weekly) calendar format? Continental.com has a nice interface, they should have more closely emulated that.

Skymile Award Ticket Calendar time updated?

Hello, I have searched thoroughly through google and the forum here to find the time that the fares change on delta's website to book an award ticket. I know they update in the middle of the night, but I was wondering if there is a definitive time that the calendars are updated to show additional skysaver flights.

I am trying to catch a flight to hawaii on skysaver. There are dates available but I would rather not arrive at 10:30pm since I cannot get a rental car.

Thank you in advance.

I don't know if this is a different manifestation of this: ???en_US.error.dynamic??? - but I'm just as frustrated as you and wonder why Delta doesn't fix its website.

I've encountered the same problem -- and error message --on three different computers. It usually occurs on a second or third pass when I change days, class of service or cities. At times, I've blown through the problem by hitting the 'refresh' button. Usually, however, it means starting from scratch.

Award calendar feature not accurate?

First time trying to use the award calendar feature on delta.com since the "new version" has been put in place, and it seems to be showing inaccurate information (thus making it relatively useless) or I don't know what I'm looking at

Example: Looking for a business award RSW-BRU, departure 12/28, return 1/6. The calendar shows SkySavers are available, but when you actually click to select a specific flight, all the options show are 250k miles.

What am I missing? Or is this a known bug and I missed the discussion on the subject?

Happens to me quite often also. I think there is a bug...
