They have slots. Delta of course is doing the nonstop flights to the USA. No problem to book through KL though (KL6024).

Real reason is probally the TATL's are not real moneymakers. AF-KL tried it in Florida with MCO and MIA only to scratch them (MIA after one year; 'economic reasons') pretty quit. Or every european who entered MIA immigrations/customs had such bad experience and vowed never to fly in there again

Bingo, you got it. 757's don't have International W-fi. International wi-fi is satellite based and they are only starting to roll it out on the widebodies. FA's would be the least knowledgeable people to ask a question.
