What a pleasure it was meeting everyone today! It was so much fun talking with people who speak my language, as it were. Anyone who lives in San Diego, especially in the North County area, please feel free to send me a message if you ever feel like having coffee or lunch with someone else who loves mile/point collecting. I would be thrilled to meet more of you!

We had a nice turnout and everyone seemed to enjoy it. I know I did. Thanks everyone for coming out!
(I do want to apologize again that it was loud, especially at the start; we've eaten lunch there a number of times and it's always been quiet, but then, we'd never been on a holiday weekend before.)

Thanks for arranging this lunch, and I look forward to the dinner Sept. 27. It was nice to see Chris and Kristin again, and get to talk with Russ and Nelly, Steve, and Janice. I hope to visit with the people at "the other end" next time
