In today's New York Post under the headline "Sour Experience."
(Not as good as some of the other classing Post headlines ("Headless Body in Topless Bar"; "Deadfellas"; "Easy as Pi" (NY Regent's Chemistry Exam leaked), but...)

Apparently she is going to be on "Good Morning America" tomorrow (Friday) morning. Nice to see the major media taking on the security nitwits for a change. I hope so, anyway.

This story was on the late news on NYC channels 4 and 7 last night, along with pictures of Delta's Terminal 3 on one of them (can't remember which one). The security nitwits may have finally crossed a line and outraged the general public -- not just frequent flyers. Incidentally, both news programs said that, according to the TSA, since June, passengers have not been required to drink liquids that they are carrying on planes.

She was on GMA this morning and clarified that she was NOT forced to DRAIN all three bottles, but did have to take multiple sips from all three and found the experience humiliating and disgusting.
I still think this is an example of coercive, Kafkaesque sadism on the part of underqualified, arbitrary-minded "security" people enjoying a (hopefully short-lived) power trip. Hopefully this case will make it safe for a person to challenge these cretins without being called unpatriotic.
