When VS starts flying from other cities it might become available ... until then, I doubt it. Somehow CX isn't too worried about AZ/AF/LH as competition. Only LHR has 4 airlines flying to HKG.

Today came back the reply that yes I was eligible to use the transfer service after my return to LHR on my AONE.

So it looks like left hand not really knowing what right hand is doing.
Flew in Sunday and pick up was waiting for me. Unfortunately no one told me where in the zoo that is T3 arrivals hall I was supposed to meet my driver.

So for future reference you need to go to the desks to the left of the Virgin Limo desks which are straight in front of you as you exit the duty free shop.

The driver should be there holding a Cathay Pacific branded sign with your name on it.

Gentle bump. Is this still operating at LHR? I scoured the CX websites without finding any trace of it.

If we are flying into LHR with CX and then onwards with BA will the limo still be available. The website doesn't mention it. We will be one DONE4, and are debating which airline to take to LHR, if this is available, it will put CX well above BA for us.

Certainly it is still documented on cxagents.com, as posted earlier in this thread.

So we are eligible on arrival at LHR, just not departure with BA...at least that is my reading of the rules. It doesn't mention there that both the arriving and departing flight have to be on CX.

Can someone confirm what updated subclass in J and F are eligible for the limo?

Also is it limited to LHR issued tickets?

Post #3 in this thread is explicit that it is all published first & business class fares including round the world fares. There is no restriction on where the tickets are issued.

I used the email address [email protected], but I got delivery failure? Has anyone used this email recently and successfully contacted CX LON?

That's still the email address published - remember that the HK internet has problems at the moment - I'd retry in a day or two.

I class are not valid fares for limo transfer according to all the people I have dealt with. I keep trying though.

If you purchased the fare on the CX website, it should be eligible. All published fares are eligible, and if it's online, it's published.
