Cancelling Avios Booking

I booked a Reward Saver Avios Redemption using my Gold BA account but the reservation is made in another persons name. Am I able to have a full refund even though I am not the person flying? I know the Gold card holders can cancel the bookings and receive a full refund but wasn't sure if this ability extends to this situation as well.

What matters is the status of the account where the avios came from, not who is travelling.

BA Gold account booking, BA Blue passenger - No change/cancel fee
BA Blue account booking, BA Gold passenger - Change/cancel fee
